New Patient Portal

We are happy to announce that Southwest Spine & Sports has a new patient portal. We believe the new portal will be easier to use and provide you with much more functionality. Here are some new features:

  • Easier appointment requests with integration to our practice calendar.
  • Prescription refill requests are now integrated with our EHR system and will be fulfilled in a more timely manner.
  • Basic ease of use with all portal features contained in one easy place.
  • Mobile device specific website.

If you have an email address on file with us you should receive a registration email soon or it has already been sent. Please check your spam folder if it has not shown up in your inbox.

If you do not have an email address on file with us or if you need to update your email address, please call us at (480) 860-8998 and one of our customer service representatives will update your records and send you the email invite.
