NAAAP Phoenix Leader selected for Valley Leadership Institute (Class 34)
(PHOENIX) – The National Association of Asian American Professionals– Phoenix Chapter is proud to announce that Dr. Tony Lee, member of the Board of Directors, was selected for the Valley Leadership Institute Class 34.
Dr. Lee was chosen after a competitive interview and application process for the nine-month leadership program that selects 50 Phoenix-area business and civic leaders. Many Valley corporations and organizations view the institute as an affordable and highly effective leadership development program for their best and brightest employees—those who they see as the future leaders within their organizations. New this year, participants will get extensive executive leadership training developed by the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, designed to help graduates thrive at the highest levels of their careers.
As a NAAAP-Phoenix Board Director, Dr. Lee knows the importance of developing and improving professional skills. Under his leadership, the NAAAP Phoenix mentorship program pairs up mentors with mentees who are committed to helping each other get to the next professional level.
