- Southwest Spine & Sports is the 4th building on the left in the Ironwood Square Plaza

Southwest Spine & Sports is located on the 2nd Floor of the Physiotherapy & Associates building on the south side of the road. Our suite is accessible by stairs and by elevator.
Traveling from the East side:
- From the Loop 101, exit Broadway Rd
- Travel West on Broadway Rd
- Go straight through the lights at McClintock Dr and Dorsey Ln
- At the next light, turn Left onto S. Terrace Rd
- Immediately turn Right into the parking lot (behind the building)
- Go around to the west side of the building to find the entrance
Traveling from the West side:
- Take I-10 East toward Tucson
- Take Loop 202 East
- Exit Scottsdale Rd toward Arizona State University
- Turn Right onto Rural Rd
- Turn Left onto Broadway Rd
- Southwest Spine & Sports will be on your right in the tan Physiotherapy & Associates building before Terrace Rd

- Turn Right onto Ironwood Square Dr
- Turn Right onto 94th St
- North Scottsdale Ambulatory Surgery Center is the 2nd building on the left in the Ironwood Square Plaza

Traveling from the East side:
- From the Loop 202 West, exit 44th St
- Turn Left onto 44th St
- Turn Right onto E. Cofco Center Blvd
- Turn Left onto N. Cofco Ct
- Gateway Surgery Center is in the building on your right
Traveling from the West side:
- From the Loop 202 East, exit 40th St
- Go straight through the light at 40th St towards 44th St
- Turn Right onto N. 42nd St
- Turn Left onto N. Cofco Ct and follow it as it curves to the right
- Gateway Surgery Center is in the building on your right
