Southwest Spine & Sports is located on the 2nd Floor of the Physiotherapy & Associates building on the south side of the road. Our suite is accessible by stairs and by elevator.

Traveling from the East side:

  • From the Loop 101, exit Broadway Rd
  • Travel West on Broadway Rd
  • Go straight through the lights at McClintock Dr and Dorsey Ln
  • At the next light, turn Left onto S. Terrace Rd
  • Immediately turn Right into the parking lot (behind the building)
  • Go around to the west side of the building to find the entrance

Traveling from the West side:

  • Take I-10 East toward Tucson
  • Take Loop 202 East
  • Exit Scottsdale Rd toward Arizona State University
  • Turn Right onto Rural Rd
  • Turn Left onto Broadway Rd
  • Southwest Spine & Sports will be on your right in the tan Physiotherapy & Associates building before Terrace Rd
